Dr. Ashvini Kumar, Director (Solar), Solar Energy Corporation of India, needs no introduction as the designated government organization responsible for taking forward the JNNSM Solar Commitments by the MNRE.

Phase II envisages another 750MW to be setup under the VGF scheme by drastically dropping the solar offtake price below Rs. 5.5 per KWh and providing a subsidy in the form of VGF to developers.

This presentation covers the various aspects and responsibilities of SECI.
